SOCIAL CYBER DIVISION- PROTECTING YOUTH

First, we must face the reality that our schools and universities are targets. That is why I am committed to launching the Social Cyber Division—a first line of defense designed to monitor online threats and detect warning signs before tragedy strikes. With the best technology and trained specialists, this division will help law enforcement stop violence before it happens and keep our kids safe in classrooms, on campuses, and at community events.

But protection is more than preventing attacks. Protection also means giving our young people safe places to grow, learn, and connect. I will push for special funds dedicated to after-school programs, indoor hangout centers, and youth activity hubs—all patrolled and monitored to ensure safety. These will give kids and teens a safe environment where they can spend their time, build friendships, and stay away from dangerous influences.

2ND AMENDMENT - PROTECTING THOSE RIGHTS

So here is where I stand: I will never take away your guns. Arizona will continue to defend the right to bear arms. That is a promise. But I also believe in responsibility. That’s why, under my leadership, we will strengthen background checks for those moving into our state. We will use modern tools, including AI technology, to flag violent criminal histories or suspicious behavior. If someone with a dangerous past tries to purchase a firearm here, Arizona will stop them.

At the same time, I will push for gun-free safe zones around schools, colleges, and universities. Let me be clear: any person caught bringing a gun onto a campus will face steep prison sentences. Our children deserve protection, and I will make sure they have it.

HOUSING SOLUTIONS FOR ARIZONA

Here is my vision: we need innovative programs that give hardworking Arizonans a fair chance at home ownership. One idea I am putting forward is a system where lowered deposits can be placed into CDs or mutual accounts. These deposits will grow over time, building value, while allowing banks to accept smaller initial payments. With collateral to cover the risk, families can get into homes sooner without being buried under massive upfront costs..

This is just one plan. I have several others that I will be unveiling in the months ahead. But let me be clear—I am not here to give my opponents a free education. They have had their chance, and if they had real solutions, they would have already put them on the table. They haven’t—because they can’t. I can. And I will.

Working with Banks to utilize our program to ensure they honor and perform on our initiative.

WASTE - FRAUD & ABUSE OF GOVERNMENT SPENDING

Every day, millions of hardworking Americans—and millions right here in Arizona—struggle to pay bills, keep food on the table, and provide for their families. And yet, while good people are fighting just to make ends meet, we continue to see fraud, abuse, and wasteful spending drain away the very tax dollars you worked so hard to earn.

We’ve seen investigations, like those conducted by watchdogs at the federal level, uncover fraud worth millions, even billions of dollars. Money that was meant to help communities, families, and businesses instead wound up lining the pockets of a handful of people who learned how to manipulate the system. These people funneled taxpayer money through loopholes, fake programs, and fraudulent contracts—and all the while, politicians turned a blind eye.

Why? Because too many of them are more worried about keeping donations flowing, or keeping their silence, than they are about protecting your tax dollars. That ends the day I am elected Governor.

Watch for spending to companies that don't exist.
Hold accountable for those that are caught and we will post their name, company or charity that is verified fraud.
My team will review previous budget, ensuring that all money is accounted for and spent properly under my watch .
I will create the Fraud Action Team so people have a place to call when fraud is apparent.

This money will be returned to where it belongs—to the people. It will go to our schools, our infrastructure, our healthcare, and the programs that actually serve our citizens. No more foreign giveaways. No more fake charities. No more politicians getting rich while you struggle. That is what accountability looks like.
That is what leadership looks like. And I’ll be honest with you—no one else in this race has had the courage to make this commitment accept ME- KEN MICELI.

Developing a team of forensic accountants to review all entries.
Bring in an outside team of technology people to help develop a system to catch fraud.
Work with existing people to have them provide departmental reports to analysis payments .
Not just discover it - But require those that got ghost payroll or payments to RETURN it with potential penalty.

SUPPORTING LAW ENFORCEMENT & THE CONSTITUTION

Our administration will stand shoulder to shoulder with law enforcement and first responders. We will provide additional funding to strengthen departments, improve training, and modernize communication between agencies. No more political games that block protection or delay response times. When seconds count, politics shouldn’t get in the way of saving lives.

We will rebuild the relationship between law enforcement and the people they serve. I want Arizona to return to a place where officers are respected as protectors, not enemies. Where citizens understand that a traffic ticket isn’t a war zone, and where both sides can walk away safely.

The men and women who wear the badge, who put on the uniform, and who rush toward danger when others run away—they deserve our gratitude, not hostility. It’s time we stop allowing social media and sensational headlines to dictate how we treat the heroes among us.

We’ve seen protestors calling to defund the police—only to call those same officers when trouble comes knocking. Let’s bring back common sense. Respect those who protect you, because one day, they might be the ones saving your life.

WATER CRISIS - AGRICULTURE INITIATIVES

Water is life. Every family, every farmer, every business, and every community depends on it. And right now, we are in a crisis. Our state has been watching reservoirs drop, aquifers over-pumped, and snowpack shrink while politicians in office do little more than talk.

I am Ken Miceli, and I am running for Governor because I believe Arizona deserves more than talk. We deserve action. We deserve solutions. And we deserve leadership that brings people together to get the job done.

As Governor, I will launch a Water Innovation Division—a team made up of experts, scientists, engineers, and everyday Arizonans—working hand in hand to tackle our water crisis. This team will be the first of its kind in our state, blending common-sense ideas with modern technology.

SOLAR & ENERGY COMPANIES

My fellow Arizonans—if there’s one thing we know, it’s sunshine. We have more of it than almost any other state in the country, and it’s time we start using that blessing to power our homes, our schools, our businesses, and our future.

Right now, too many families are struggling with high utility bills. Every summer, the cost of keeping the lights on or the air running climbs higher—and that shouldn’t be happening in a state with such a natural advantage. Arizona should be leading the nation in affordable, renewable energy. And under my administration, we will.

I am proposing a massive solar initiative that puts Arizona back in control of its power. We will work directly with energy companies to build a better, fairer, and more affordable pricing structure—one that rewards efficiency, transparency, and innovation. We’ll ensure reports are accurate, billing errors are eliminated, and accountability is the standard, not the exception.

We’ll make it easy and rewarding for Solar companies to partner with our businesses, schools, and government buildings—placing panels on rooftops, parking covers, and large open structures to maximize every ray of sunlight. That extra power can be sold back to the grid, reducing energy costs for Arizona families across the board.
And we won’t stop there. We’ll test new, innovative energy solutions in communities where power bills hit the hardest—our lower-income neighborhoods. If those solutions work, we expand them statewide. Because when families can save money on utilities, they can spend more on food, fuel, education, and opportunity.
